Short answers

The money questions in full are on the pricing page.

What is a credit?

A credit is a unit of your Riverstack balance. Every model has a price in credits (per image or per clip) and that exact price is on the button before you run. Credits are bought in one-time packs and never expire. A new account starts at 0 credits and buys a pack. See Pricing.

A generation failed. Was I charged?

No. Credits are held while the model runs and released back to your balance if nothing is delivered (a timeout, a provider error or a policy block alike). Usage & billing lists every run with its charge, or “not charged”.

A model shows a dot and will not run

The dot means the model has no working route right now. It stays in the catalog with its price so the sheet is complete, but it cannot be started and nothing is charged. Pick another of the 52 models, or try again later.

Refunds

A failed run is refunded to your balance automatically. For a pack purchase that went wrong (a double charge, credits that did not arrive), write to us with your receipt and we will put it right. Credits you have already spent on delivered generations are not refundable.

Where are my generations?

Everything you make is under Generate, newest first, with the model and the credits it cost. Boards you build on the Canvas keep their nodes and outputs together.

Can I use what I make commercially?

Yes. What you generate is yours to publish, sell and use in client work, subject to the model provider’s own usage terms and the law where you are. See the Terms.

Contact

Reply to any email Riverstack has sent you (your verification code or a receipt) and it reaches a person. For a charge, include the run’s date and model from Usage & billing; for a purchase, the Whop receipt.
