What we store
Your email address and a password hash, to run your account. Your balance and every top-up and charge, so Usage & billing can show them. Your prompts, the references you attach and the generations you make, so you can find them again. Session cookies, so you stay signed in.
Who sees your prompts
To generate, your prompt and any references are sent to the provider of the model you chose. Those providers process them under their own privacy terms; we send only what the run needs. We do not sell your prompts or outputs, and we do not use them to train models.
Payments
Pack purchases are handled by Whop. Riverstack never sees your card number. We receive the confirmation that a purchase succeeded, its amount and the pack, so your balance can be credited and a receipt matched to your account.
What we never collect
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts on the pages you use to generate, and no data from your device beyond what the browser sends to any website.
Retention and deletion
Generations stay in your account until you delete them. Ask us to close your account and we delete your prompts, references and generations; purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law require.
